Dals: Description


Masoor Dal

Masoor dal, onion, garlic, mustard seed, fried in vegetable oil or ghee. 

Toor Dal

Tur dal, onion, garlic, curry leaf, mustard seed, red chile, asofoetida, salt, fried in vegetable oil or ghee. 

Moong Dal and Spinach

Spinach, moong dal, turmeric, corriander, cumin seed, cardamom, asofoetida, fried in vegetable oil or ghee. 

Split Moong Dal with Masala

Moong dal, turmeric, corriander, salt, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper, saffron, extra virgin olive oil, cumin seed. 

Maki Dal (Black Beans)

Black beans, onion, garlic, tomato, asofoetida, cumin seed, oregano, salt, ghee. 

Rajama (Kidney Beans)

Kidney beans, ghee, garlic, onion, cumin seed, garam masala, cilantro garnish.
